Dr. Que Parnell is a powerhouse of a woman who has overcome immense obstacles to achieve her dreams.

As a Licensed Clinical Managed Care Pharmacist, she has found her purpose in helping others achieve their highest potential. Her personal journey has been filled with trials, failures, obstacles, self-doubt, challenges, and fear, but through it all, she has managed to emerge victorious, and now she aims to spread positivity, evoke change, and help others do the same.

Dr. Que is no stranger to adversity. She has battled obesity and issues with her self-image all her life, moved across the country at just 17 years old, and found herself pregnant at 22 while in the midst of applying for Dental School. Despite these challenges, she never gave up and instead switched paths, enduring a rigorous 3-year accelerated Doctor of Pharmacy Program with an infant in tow. She faced setbacks and failures, including failing her very first exam and feeling overwhelmed and slipping into depression, but she refused to let them defeat her.

She has served in various leadership roles and received multiple military awards and decorations. Dr. Juanae Johnson is a hero in the fight against human trafficking and crimes against children.

​

As a Federal Special Agent for more than 15 years, she has played a crucial role in the arrest of over 450 individuals and the rescue of more than 100 victims of child exploitation and trafficking. Her accomplishments include securing a conviction on one of the first-ever human trafficking cases involving male victims, awarding the victims with restitution and the trafficker receiving 30 years in prison. She is a recipient of the Hero's Award, the United States Attorneys Award, and the ReflectHer Award for her tireless efforts in combating trafficking.

In addition to her work in the field, Dr. Johnson is also the founder of ITHRIVE Empowerment Inc., an organization dedicated to empowering and transforming girls and women who are overlooked and underserved. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, a Master of Theology, and a Doctorate of Biblical Psychology, and is a licensed Christian therapist. Dr. Johnson travels nationally and internationally to educate and train community members and law enforcement officers on the importance of combating trafficking on many levels. Her life's work is a testament to her dedication and commitment to creating a safer world for all.
